1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of customs clearance of the international mailings (appendix No. 1).

2. Approve the Instruction for submission of the preliminary information of rather international mailings in the excel format (appendix No. 2).

3. Declare invalid the order of the director of Customs Service No. 408-O/2019 "About the approval of the Instruction and procedure for periodic declaration of goods which are exported/re-exported by economic agents by means of the international mailings" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 302, the Art. 1662) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1490 of 24.09.2019.

4. Declare invalid the order of the director of Customs Service No. 226-O/2019 "About submission of the preliminary information of rather international mailings which are imported into the Republic of Moldova" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 850, Art. 171-177) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1450 of 17.05.2019.
