According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2024 No. 479 "About approval of procedure for imposing and collection of penalties for violation of requirements of the legislation in the field of civil aviation", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 1400), and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in the field of civil aviation in compliance with requirements of the legislation, I ORDER to No.:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of December 26, 2011 No. 637 "About approval of the Procedure for imposing and collection of penalties for violation of requirements of the legislation on air transport", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 at No. 73/20386.
2. To provide to the sector of aviation infrastructure and transportations in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to the sector of external communications placement of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Sergey Derkacha.
