According to the Air code of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and for the purpose of respecting the rule of law when implementing production on cases on offense on air transport I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for imposing and collection of penalties for violation of requirements of the legislation on air transport which is applied.
2. To provide to the public air service of Ukraine:
2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
2.2. Bringing this order to data of all subjects of aviation activities.
3. Declare invalid the order of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft of 02.11.2005 No. 823 "About approval of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses on air transport", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 28.12.2005 for No. 1571/11851.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
