About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the museums and museum case" concerning activities of the National museum of the Holodomor genocide

I. "About the museums and museum case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 25, of Art. 191 with the following changes) to add the law of Ukraine with Articles 7-1-7-3 of the following content:

"Article 7-1. Features of activities of the National museum of the Holodomor genocide

The national museum of the Holodomor genocide is state research, scientific and methodical and culturally - educational institution of culture which treats the sphere of management of the central executive body realizing state policy in spheres of culture and arts (further - governing body), and performs the activities according to the charter of the National museum of the Holodomor genocide which affirms governing body.

The main activities of the National museum of the Holodomor genocide are perpetuating and celebration of memory of the victims of the Holodomor, carrying out the scientific research connected with the Holodomor as genocide crime, illumination of its causes and effects, completing, preserving and promoting of the museum objects testimonial of the Holodomor, and also other directions determined by the charter of the National museum of the Holodomor genocide.

In the National museum of the Holodomor genocide is effective:

the supervisory board - the special supervisory authority exercising supervision of activities of the National museum of the Holodomor genocide of his officials is also effective within the powers provided by the charter of the National museum of the Holodomor genocide according to regulations of this Law;

advisory council - the advisory advisory body coordinating scientific activities of the National museum of the Holodomor genocide.
