Article 1

In paragraph eight of article 5 of the Law of the Russian Federation of June 19, 1992 No. 3085-I "About consumer cooperation (consumer societies, their unions) in the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of July 11, 1997 No. 97-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 30, Art. 1788; Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 28, Art. 3306; 2012, No. 18, of the Art. 2129) of the word of "other persons" shall be replaced with words "the legal entities who are not unitholders".

Article 2
