About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Procedure for Serving of Administrative Detention"

Bring in the Federal Law of April 26, 2013 No. 67-FZ "About procedure for serving of administrative detention" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 17, the Art. 2034) the following changes:
1) part 3 of Article 4 to recognize invalid;
Item 3 of part 1 of Article 7 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3) the polite address from administration and employees of the place of serving of administrative detention;";
"First aid and medical care, including in need of the medical organizations of the state or municipal health care system, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 1 Article 14 of the word "in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation the first aid and medical care provided by health workers of the medical organizations of federal executive body in the field of the internal affairs (further - health workers of the place of serving of administrative detention) determined by the head of federal executive body in the field of internal affairs, and if necessary health workers of the medical organizations of the state or municipal health care system".
Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this Federal Law is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget within budgetary appropriations, to the provided federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of internal affairs.
This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
