About modification of appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 966/2020 about services, the state services provided by the Agency (prolongation of terms of provision of services concerning nationality)
Based on part (1) article 38 of the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova No. 1024/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of December 9, 2005), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 966/2020 about services, the state services provided by the Agency (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 372-382, 1145), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.7.1 in the third column the text of "20 working days" to replace 1) in line item with the text "Up to 6 months";
1) line items 1.7.2 in the third column of the word "In Day of the Address" to replace 2) in the subitem with the text of "6 months".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
