1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for inclusion (exception) for medicines in (from) the National list of the main medicines and/or in (from) the list of the medicines which are purchased for means of the government budget for accomplishment of programs and implementation of centralized actions for health care, using the state assessment of medical technologies, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of January 04, 2022 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 27, 2022 at No. 95/37431, which are applied.
1) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
