Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances the enclosed changes.

1. Item 36 of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2011 No. 1141 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 86, Art. 3145; 2018, No. 52, Art. 1827; 2020, No. 44, Art. 1414; 2023, No. 48, to the Art. 2652) to state in the following edition:
"36. Data on local government body according to which statement the property is registered as ownerless, and about object of the corporeal rights provided by Items 29 and 30 of this Procedure are made to the special section of the State register of the rights in connection with capture to accounting of ownerless real estate.".
