Make changes to Item 2 of the Section I of Technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants from heatpower plants which rated thermal power exceeds 50 MW approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of October 22, 2008 No. 541, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2008 at No. 1110/15801 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of February 16, 2018 No. 62), having added with the new paragraph of the following content:
