1. Approve the Change in the Procedure for processing of personal data in the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries approved by the Decision of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries on May 17, 2022 No. 150, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2022 at No. 686/38022, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of legal and normative support in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To management of organizational support to promulgate this decision after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to put on the Chairman of KRAIL.
