About modification of the list of the types of activity relating to nature protection actions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the list of the types of activity relating to nature protection actions, No. 1147 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 18, the Art. 505), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective in the period of warlike situation and within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation.

Changes which are made to the list of the types of activity relating to nature protection actions

1. Add the list with Item 68-1 of the following content:

"68-1*. New construction, reconstruction, restoration, capital repairs of constructions, acquisition and implementation of installations, the equipment, equipment, machines, mechanisms and the equipment for collection, transportation, processing of the household waste and waste formed because of damage (destruction) of buildings and constructions as a result of fighting, acts of terrorism, diversions or work on liquidation of their effects.".
