Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 19, 2024 No. 1134-VIQD "About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Make the following changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 2, 2002 No. 36 "About some questions following from the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 3, Article 140 (volume I):
1.1. regarding 3 words "translator and witnesses" shall be replaced with words "and the translator";
1.2. Regarding 4 words "their legal representatives and witnesses" shall be replaced with words "and their legal representatives";
1.3. In part 5 of the word of "translators and witnesses" shall be replaced with words "and translators";
1.4. By "Rules of payment of the expenses incurred by the victims, witnesses, their legal representatives, experts, specialists, translators and witnesses in connection with the address to the judge, authorized body (official) on the case of administrative offense" approved by this Resolution:
1.4.1. in the name and regarding 1 word of "translators and witnesses" shall be replaced with words "and translators";
1.4.2. Regarding 2 words to "translators and witnesses" shall be replaced with words "and to translators";
