Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

5. Approve "Payment procedure of expenses which are incurred by the victims, witnesses their legal representatives, experts, specialists and translators in communication by appearance to the judge in authority (to the official) in which production there is case on administrative offense" (are applied).

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
