About modification of regulatory legal acts on breeding case in livestock production

1. In paragraph seven of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of November 17, 2011 No. 629 "About approval of the Regulations on the certificate of breeding (genetic) resources and samples of forms of certificates of breeding (genetic) resources", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 09, 2011 at No. 1422/20160, the word of "goats" shall be replaced with words "goats/sheep of milk breeds".
2. Approve Changes in the regulatory legal acts on breeding case in livestock production enclosed.
3. Make changes to Regulations on the State register of selection achievements in livestock production, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the order of July 2, 2012 No. 385, registered on July 19, 2012 at No. 1218/21530, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To provide to department of agrarian development in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
