About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1091

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1091 "About approval of the list of separate goods which import to customs area of Ukraine and/or movement on the territory of Ukraine is performed without provision by en route to customs authorities of providing customs payment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 80, by Art. 4857; 2023, No. 16, Art. 1000, No. 39, Art. 2057, No. 72, Art. 4123; 2024, No. 9, the Art. 489) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. In Item 2 of the resolution of figure and the word "January 1, 2025" to replace with figures and the words "on January 1, 2025, and Items 11, the 12th list approved by this resolution which lose force since January 1, 2026".
2. The list of separate goods which import to customs area of Ukraine and/or movement on the territory of Ukraine is performed by en route without provision to customs authorities of providing customs payment, approved by the specified resolution to add with Items 11 and 12 of the following content:
"11. Goods which description and codes according to UKTVED are determined by Item 9-36 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine.
