About modification of the Regulations on provision of real estate lease of bank which liquidation procedure is performed by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits, way of carrying out open tenderings (auctions)

According to Item 10 parts one, Item of 1 part five of Article 12, "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED parts five of article 51 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Regulations on provision in real estate lease of bank which liquidation procedure is performed by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits, way of the carrying out open tenderings (auctions) approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of November 28, 2022 No. 966, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 14, 2022 at No. 1605/38941, the following changes:

1) to add the paragraph the fourth Item 1 after the word "lease" with words "public authority, local government body,";

"Paragraphs the third and fourth" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 9 of the word "the paragraph third".

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. And the international organizations to provide to management of public relations official publication of this decision by placement on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
