According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, of Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of fishery of Ukraine of January 15, 2008 No. 4 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure of artificial cultivation, cultivation of fish, other water live resources and their uses in special commodity fisheries", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2008 at No. 64/14755.
2. To provide to management of agrarian resources in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
