1. Approve the Instruction about procedure of artificial cultivation, cultivation of fish, other water live resources and their uses in special commodity fisheries which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of fishery of Ukraine of 28.10.98 N154 "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure of Artificial Cultivation, Cultivation of Water Live Resources and Their Uses" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 07.06.99 for N357/3650 (with changes).
