Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About use and protection of emblems and names of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in the Republic of Tajikistan" of May 12, 2001 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 4, the Art. 209) the following changes and amendment:
1. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on use and protection of emblems and names of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in the Republic of Tajikistan
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on use and protection of emblems and names of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in the Republic of Tajikistan is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
2. The fourth articles 6 after words of "red crescent" to add part with the words "and red cross".
3. In part one of Article 7 of the word "The Ministries for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, Committee on Protection of Frontier under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Presidential Guard of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Border troops of the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, National guard of the Republic of Tajikistan".
4. In the text of Article 8 of the word "Ministries of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
