About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1242/2003 about some measures for accomplishment of the Law on theaters, circuses and the concert organizations

Based on parts (2) and (3) article 22 of the Law No. 1421/2002 on theaters, circuses and the concert organizations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 174 – 176, the Art. 1331), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1242/2003 about some measures for accomplishment of the Law on theaters, circuses and the concert organizations (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 218 – 220, Art. 1293), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution the text "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words Ministry of Culture in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) state Item 17 in the following edition:

"17. To position of the head of the state theater, circus and concert the organizations person with the higher education in one of the following general fields of education is designated: art, economic sciences, the right, administrative sciences – with working experience at least 5 years in the respective areas, and also with work experience on executive position at least 2 years. The regulations on the organization and holding contest for post of the head of the theatrical and concert organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Culture affirm the order of the Minister of Cultural Affairs.";

b) declare Item 37 invalid;

The text to "The law on registers No. 1320-XIII of September 25, 1997" to replace 3) in Item 5 of appendix No. 2 with the text to "The law No. 71/2007 on registers".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
