Approve:

Regulations on theaters, circuses and the concert organizations according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on rules of maintaining the State register of cultural institutions and art according to appendix No. 2.

Regulations on theaters, circuses and concert organizations

I. General provisions

1. Theaters, circuses and the concert organizations are public cultural institutions and arts which in total perform professional creative activity, combining it with economic, scientific and technical and educational, for the purpose of creation and representation before public of performances, concerts, circus programs, and also carry out other cultural activities.
