About cardinal enhancement of procedure for provision to the population of the state social support

1. Determine the main directions of transition to provision to the population of all measures of the state social support on the basis of digital technologies:

step-by-step full automation of processes of appointment, provision, monitoring and assessment of social payments and subsidies, social services and the help, and also all other measures of the state support of the population having social nature by means of implementation of the information system "Social card" (further - IS "Social card");

exception of need of collection of documents from categories of the citizens needing the public assistance for receipt of social services, the help and payments, and also other measures of the state social support taking into account their requirements;

creation of possibility of receipt of the state social support is address, in short terms, remotely and proaktivno;

simplification of interaction between the state and subjects of entrepreneurship due to development of digital services within implementation of social insurance;

increase in efficiency of activities of state bodies and public authorities on the places providing the state social support at the levels of the republic, area, area (city) also waved.

2. Establish procedure according to which the following measures of support are provided to the population by means of the social card with use of IS "Social card":
