2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 4, 2004 No. 886 "About approval of the Regulations on rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from registration accounting at the place of residence and the place of stay" of December 16, 2004 No. 936;
