Approval procedure of minimum admissible export prices on separate types of goods

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of approval of minimum admissible export prices on separate types of the goods classified by codes according to UKTVED 0409 00 00 00, 0802 31 00th 00, 0802 32 00th 00, of 1001, of 1002, of 1003, of 1004, of 1005, of 1201, of 1205, 1206 of 00, of 1507, of 1512, of 1514, 2306 (further - separate types of goods).

2. Determination of level of minimum admissible export prices on separate types of goods is performed by Minagropolitiki taking into account conditions of deliveries according to the international rules of interpretation of the commercial terms "Incoterms" (further - conditions of deliveries).

3. Minimum admissible export prices on separate types of goods taking into account conditions of deliveries are determined in US dollars for 1 kilogram.
