About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008 No. 35
Based on Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of workplaces under the terms of the work approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008 No. 253, and subitem 7.1.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction on assessment of working conditions in case of certification of workplaces under the terms of work approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008 No. 35, the following changes:
in Item 27:
in subitem 27.1 of the word of "the organizations of social servicing" shall be replaced with words "public institutions of social servicing, other organizations rendering social services";
in subitem 27.1.4 of the word to "content of persons" and "in houses of night stay" to replace respectively with words to "rendering social services to persons" and "in the centers (houses) of temporary stay of persons of no fixed abode";
in parts eight and the tenth Item 83 of the word "psychoneurological houses nursing homes for aged and disabled people, houses nursing homes for handicapped children with features of psychophysical development" shall be replaced with words "profile social boarding houses, children's social boarding houses".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
