Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning asset management, collected in the income of the state

1. In Regulations on the procedure for transfer of objects of the right of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 21, 1998 No. 1482 "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 38, Art. 1405; 2024, No. 2, Art. 34):

In paragraph one of Item 1 and the subitem "zh" of Item 2 of the word "judgment" shall be replaced with words 1) "judgment";

Item 6 after the paragraph of the tenth to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
