About creation of the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of implementation of state policy in the field of migration, development of management system it, regulation and forecasting of migratory processes, coordination of activities of the relevant state bodies in this sphere, being guided by Item 7 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Create the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. Approve "Provision on the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within one month:

3.1. develop and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic structure, expense budget and the numerical list of employees of the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.2. for the purpose of the organization of activities of the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve issues of allocation of the respective building and material logistics;

3.3. develop and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with this Decree;

3.4. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.5. resolve other issues following from this Decree.

4. Determine that prior to activities of the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic the relevant central executive body continues accomplishment of the tasks specified in "Provision on the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic".

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
