About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2018 No. 617

2) in appendix:
- in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "The Agency on Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "The Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Agency on chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear safety of National academy of Sciences Tajikistan";
- to exclude the third and fourth paragraphs of item 4;
- in Items 9, of the 14 and 18 word "The National Center of the Legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan" respectively shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of the analysis of regulatory impact" and "Authorized state body in the field of the analysis of regulatory impact";
- in paragraph four of Item 10 of the word "The Agency on Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "The Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Agency on chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear safety of National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan";
- in Items 11 and 27 of the word "Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of the analysis of regulatory impact";
- exclude Item 21;
