Regulations on the Technological park of software products and information technologies

1. Basic provisions

1. The regulations on the Technological park of software products and information technologies (further – the Provision) are developed on the basis of provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, including the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Technological park" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. This Provision establishes the following characteristics of activities of subjects of the Technological park of software products and information technologies (further – the Park):

- legal status of the Park;

- Park types of activity;

- procedure for cooperation of the Park with subjects of the Park;

- procedure for receipt of the status of the subject Park;
