2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within five calendar days from the date of placement of this order in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Regulations on Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. The committee of criminal executive system (further - Committee) is the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing management in the field of execution of punishments and other measures of criminal law action.

2. The committee performs the activities according to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision.

4) exercises departmental control of activities of the organizations and bodies performing punishments;

5) will be organized by receipt of general education and professional training of convicts;

6) will organize labor employment of convicts;

7) provides sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and health protection of persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system;

8) performs operational search activities;

Will organize 9) and performs identification, suppression, the prevention and disclosure of crimes;

10) is performed by execution of sentences, resolutions and determinations of courts concerning convicts;

22) is coordinated by activities of services of probation;

15. Rights and obligations:

6) to perform information exchange with law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) to announce competition on occupation of managerial state positions;

8) to create advisory advisory body according to the legislation;

9) to organize material logistics of Committee and its territorial subdivisions, and also organizations and companies;

3. Organization of activities of Committee
