About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of law-enforcement bodies I decide:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2003 No. 603 "About some measures for enhancement of system of bodies and divisions of internal affairs of the Republic of Belarus":
state the name in the following edition:
"About measures for enhancement of system of law-enforcement bodies";
in preamble of the word "and divisions of internal affairs of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "internal affairs";
in the paragraph the second Item 5:
shall be replaced with words words of "ensuring operational search activities" "criminal investigation";
exclude the words "Republic of Belarus".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2004 No. 268 "Questions of law-enforcement bodies":
2.1. in paragraph six of Item 1 of the word of "ensuring operational search activities" shall be replaced with words "criminal investigation";
