About approval of the Procedure for transfer of state-owned property to municipal property
For the purpose of determination of procedure for transfer of state-owned property to municipal property of local government bodies, according to Articles 5, 6 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About municipal property on property", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for transfer of state-owned property to municipal property according to appendix.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.11.2025 No. 733
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 27.11.2025 No. 760
4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
