About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2021 No. 700

For the purpose of ensuring protection of national interests of the Republic of Belarus and based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2021 "About application of special measures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2021 No. 700 "About application of special measures concerning separate types of goods" the following changes:

1.1. add Item 3 with subitems 3.14-3.17 of the following content:

"3.14. the Republic of Belarus imported on the territory during the period from the date of entry into force of this subitem till August 31, 2024 classified by code 0808 10 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and included in the list according to appendix 1;

3.15. the Republic of Belarus imported on the territory till August 31, 2024 classified by codes 1517, of 1902, of 2523, of 3102, of 3924, 4410 11 100 0, 4410 11 300 0, 4410 11 500 0, 4410 11 900 0, 4410 12 900 0, of 4411, 4819 (except for 4819 50 000 0, 4819 60 000 0), the 6810th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and included in the list according to appendix 1;

3.16. the Republic of Belarus imported on the territory till August 31, 2024 classified by code 6904 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and included in the list according to appendix 1, except for of goods country of source and (or) production (production) of which is the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lithuania;
