Questions of the information and communication E-consul system

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the information and communication E-consul system which are applied.

2. Make to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changes on single questions of creation and ensuring functioning of information and communication systems of consular service which are applied.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs commissioning of the information and communication E-consul system in the expense limits provided in the Government budget for the corresponding year and also due to the international technical assistance, other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

4. To submit to the ministries, other central executive bodies within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure room Ministrov of Ukraine drafts of acts of the legislation and to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 1-3, 5-7 of the changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2025.
