About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Article 16 of the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835/1996 (1997, Art. No. 1-2, 2), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with parts (1-1) and (3) – (7) the following content:

(4) Designing and construction of facilities and other structures, than specified in part (3), it is performed only according to the master town-planning plan approved according to legislation provisions.

(5) Change of appointment and functions of the structures built according to part provisions (3), it is performed only based on the master town-planning plan approved according to legislation provisions.
