1. Approve Rules of inclusion of owners or owners of product of data in the register of product providers of data according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to inspection department of quality of data and development of communications together with Legal department of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To inspection department of quality of data and development of communication of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this order to structural and territorial subdivisions of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan for management and use in work.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy manager of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
