About increase in the sizes of the salary, pensions and benefits

For the purpose of expansion of scale of the measures directed to increase in level of living of the population, continuation of policy of consecutive increase in the income of citizens and strengthening of their social protection, and also additional work incentives of pedagogical and health workers:

1. Increase the sizes of pensions and benefits for 15 percent since September 1, 2024. At the same time to establish:

the basic size of calculation of pension - 428 000 sum a month;

the minimum size of old-age pension - 834 000 sum a month;

the minimum size of disability pension - 920 000 sum a month;

the sizes of other pensions and benefits paid to citizens according to appendix.

2. Since October 1, 2024:

the size of the salary of the health and pharmaceutical workers working in state-financed organizations and also the pedagogical workers working in preschool, educational, average special, professional and out-of-school educational institutions and the organizations, houses nursing homes Muruvvat, Orphanages and houses of Mekhribonlik, children's sanatoria to increase for 15 percent;

to increase the size of the salary of employees of state-financed organizations for 10 percent, except for the workers provided in the paragraph the second this Item;

establish the minimum wage - 1 155 000 sum a month;

establish basic settlement size - 375 000 sum.

3. To cover the expenses connected with increase in the sizes of the salary of employees of state-financed organizations, pensions and benefits at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Economics and finance.

4. Recommend to employers to make increase in the size of the salary according to the minimum wage, having provided salary payment not lower than a minimum wage, the legislation established by acts.
