According to Item 3 of article 20-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization" and to subitem 129-1) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 501 I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed List of transactions which are not subject to the certificate by means of the simple digital signature.

2. To provide to department of international cooperation and investments of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and is effective till July 1, 2026.

1. The transactions made according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public procurements";

2. The transactions made within creation, maintenance, implementation of objects of informatization, the owner which the state, and also the non-state information systems integrated with information system of state body is;

3. Transactions with subjects of the quasi-public sector;

4. The transactions connected with accomplishment of the state tasks;

5. Transactions (agreements) on sale and purchase of state-owned property by direct address sale;

6. Transactions (agreements) on sale and purchase of state-owned property at tender by means of two-stage procedures;

7. Transactions in the field of turnover of medicines, land relations, activities of the defense companies and critical infrastructure.
