I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2022 No. 199 "About approval of the Rules of subsidizing of expense recovery suffered by the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex in case of realization of foodgrain for the regulating impact on the domestic market" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 28554) the following amendments:

in the Rules of subsidizing of expense recovery suffered by the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex in case of realization of foodgrain for the regulating impact on the domestic market, approved by the specified order:

add with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. The flour-grinding organizations realize wheat flour of the first grade to the subjects of entrepreneurship of local level making white bread from flour of the first grade, and in the absence of subjects of entrepreneurship of local level on realization of wheat flour of the first grade - subjects of entrepreneurship of nearby area (the city of republican value, the capital).

Exit of flour constitutes at least 70% of amount of the processed grain. The term of conversion of foodgrain and realization of flour of the first grade constitutes no more than 30 calendar days and is prolonged according to the decision of local executive bodies.";

add with Item 12-1 of the following content:

"12-1. The flour-grinding organizations till the 15th following reporting send to local executive body the documents confirming realization of the wheat flour of the first grade received from foodgrain on fixed price.".
