According to Item 10 parts one of article 17 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal support in the field of fire safety ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Fire safety regulations in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 30, 2014 No. 1417, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2015 at No. 252/26697, which are applied.
2. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Koreva Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
