About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In recent years system work on increase in prestige of military service (service) in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and law enforcement agencies is carried out.

At the same time there is need of ensuring compliance of terms of period of service for military and special ranks of the military personnel and employees of officers of these systems with the age limit determined for stay on military service (service).

For the purpose of further enhancement of works on completion of positions of the military personnel and employees of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and law enforcement agencies by officers with high professional training and wide experience:

1. Make changes to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov, the secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov and the adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. B. Kadirov.

The changes made to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Paragraphs of the seventh - the tenth Item 35 of the Regulations on procedure for the service in law-enforcement bodies approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 29, 2017 No. PP-3413, to state in the following edition:

"the senior lieutenant" - three years;

"captain" - four years;

"major" - five years;

"lieutenant colonel" - six years".
