About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
According to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, Item 15 parts one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", to Item 3 parts four of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of genomic information of the person", to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning activities of National police of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of March 16, 2020 No. 257 "About approval of the Instruction for forming and maintaining information subsystem "TRACE" of the information and telecommunication system "Information Portal of National Police of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 31, 2020 at No. 319/34602, the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in word heading of "information and telecommunication system" "information and communication system";
2) in preamble of the word "Regulations on Information and Telecommunication System" shall be replaced with words "Provision on information and communication system";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 1 of the word of "information and telecommunication system" "information and communication system".
