About measures for further enhancement of system of the state support of institutes of civil society

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition, Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030" and Concepts of development of civil society in 2021 - 2025, creations of system of the state support of institutes of civil society based on the principles of transparency and healthy competition, and also additional terms for increase in efficiency of socially important programs:

1. Determine the main directions of the state support of institutes of civil society:

further increase in activity of institutes of civil society in lives of the state and society, full use of their potential in development of social and economic, cultural and spiritual and humanitarian spheres;

rendering assistance of realization of the initiatives aimed at interests of society and real requirements of the population, and also directed to the solution of the urgent problems remaining on places;

further development of mutually advantageous social partnership between state bodies and institutes of civil society;

stimulation of implementation by institutes of civil society of efficient public control on the way of assistance to development of all spheres of life of the state and society;

establishing bonds of institutes of civil society with compatriots abroad and strengthening of cooperation with their foreign associations;

strengthening of material and technical resources of institutes of civil society and creation of favorable organization-legal conditions by it for activities implementation.

2. Support the following initiatives of chambers of Oliy Majlis, Parliamentary commission on management of means of Public fund for support of non-state non-profit organizations and other institutes of civil society for Oliy Majlis, the Jokargi Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, kengashy People's Deputies of areas and the city of Tashkent (further - local kengash), and also the public commissions on social partnership in case of them:
