About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2004 No. 1651 and of July 8, 2013 No. 597
Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. 1651 "About some questions of regulation of compensation of employees of the commercial organizations" to exclude Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2004;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597 "About enhancement of payment terms of work of heads of the organizations depending on results of financial and economic activities":
in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1:
the fourth after the word "position" to add part with the word of "employee";
add the subitem with part of the following content:
"Provisions of this subitem are not applied to the head of managing company of holding with participation of the state (further - managing company);";
add Item with subitem 2.1-1 of the following content:
"2.1-1. calculation of the actual value of coefficient of ratio of the average salary of the head of managing company and the average salary of employees of holding (further - ratio coefficient) is made by monthly accruing result since the beginning of accounting year.
In case of appointment of the head of managing company to position of the employee or decision making about reduction to the head of managing company within accounting year of coefficient of ratio calculation of the actual value of coefficient of ratio is made by the accruing result since the month following after month in which the contract is signed or the specified decision is made (the contract is changed).
