For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of ministerial procedures:

1. Determine that the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Electronic Services" performs functions of the operator of the state information system "Register of Ministerial Procedures" (further - GIS of BRINES).

2. Determine that:

2.1. since January 1, 2025 the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Electronic Services" on a grant basis provides provision to the owner of GIS of BRINES of the electronic services necessary for carrying out identification and authentication of physical persons and legal entities with use of the Single system of identification of physical persons and legal entities, when implementing forming and maintaining GIS of BRINES;

2.2. the form of regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

3. No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" to add the Section "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" of appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Services (works) rendered (carried out) when implementing ministerial procedure".

4. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing".

5. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

6. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
