About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather technical regulation

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather technical regulation of change which are attached.

2. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication, except Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on assessment of conformity and the acceptability of industrial output.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather technical regulation

1. In the Technical regulation of the low-voltage electric equipment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1067 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, Art. 3526; 2020, No. 18, Art. 692):

In paragraph ten of Item 3 of the word "proof of that" shall be replaced with words 1) "which shows";

Items 15 and 26 to add 2) with the new second offer of the following content: "Such information and documentation is provided in the language clear for the officials exercising the state market supervision.";

3) in Item 46:
