About implementation of craft activity by physical persons
1. Approve Regulations on implementation of craft activity by physical persons it (is applied).
2. Determine that the decisions of local executive and administrative organs on application of collection for implementation of craft activity accepted concerning the physical person performing craft activity before entry into force of this Item are effective before the expiration of the term specified in such decisions, but no later than December 31, 2024.
3. For the purposes of this Decree terms are used in the values determined in appendix 1.
4. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).
5. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 3).
6. Grant the right to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus or to explain to the republican state body authorized by it questions of application of this Decree.
7. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
determine the list of types of craft activity;
establish:
the application form about decision making about application of collection for implementation of craft activity;
form of the termination letter of application of collection for implementation of craft activity in voluntary procedure, loss of the basis for application of collection for implementation of craft activity, the termination of implementation of craft activity;
7.2. provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and take other measures for its realization.
8. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 7 and this Item – after official publication of this Decree;
