Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 5, 2013 No. 61 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of work of officials of customs authorities when implementing preliminary documentary control at check points through frontier of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2013 at No. 312/22844.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
