1. Approve the Instruction on the organization of work of officials of customs authorities during implementation of preliminary documentary control at check points through frontier of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of classification of goods and actions of regulation of foreign trade activities of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Gutnik A. E.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. Determine that this order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and acting as Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Derivolkov S. D.
